When I realized that Stephen Harper would have the chance to appoint a Governor General, I jokingly said, "What d'ya bet that he'll appoint an old white guy?"
Apparently there were no women or non-white people who were overqualified enough to preform the vast array of "highly complex" responsibilities of the GG.
But apparently choosing an old white guy is a sign of maturity for Harper. Maybe next time he won't feel so awkward around women.
Comments = rainbows, kittens and hugs. No comments = sad bloggers.
Don't be an obvious troll!
I would prefer if you don't post as "Anonymous". You don't have to sign in to comment, so just pick a name and stick with it. Just so that I can have a better idea of who's commenting. Thanks!
Well, it's not like the young(ish) coloured woman challenged him much on anything anyways *rolls eyes*
